【摘要】 目的了解护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗效果的影响。方法将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成对照组和干预组,对照组进行常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗前对患者实行有针对性的护理干预。比较2组的治疗效果。结果治疗前对照组和干预组Rdand-Morris问卷(Rdand-Morrs questionnaire,RMQ)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后干预组RMQ评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行护理干预,以提高腰椎问盘突出症患者治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the impact of nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods One hundred cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The patients in control group received conventional conservative treatment,while the targeted nursing intervention was given addition to conventional conservative treatment to patients in intervention group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared after the nursing intervention.Results There was no significant difference(P >0.05) in Rdand-Morris questionnaire(RMQ) score between control group and intervention group before the nursing intervention.After the nursing intervention,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention is needed for patients with lumbar disc herniation,which can improve the treatment effect.更多还原
