【摘要】 目的探讨³²P敷贴器再利用治疗婴幼儿单纯性血管瘤的临床效果。方法将120例婴幼儿血管瘤患者随机分成常规敷贴器组和再利用敷贴器组,每组60例。常规敷贴器组采用常规³²P敷贴器进行治疗,再利用敷贴器组采用再利用的³²P敷贴器进行治疗,比较2组的疗效。结果再利用敷贴器组总治愈率为90.0%,常规敷贴器组为95.0%,2组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 ³²P敷贴器再利用治疗婴幼儿单纯性血管瘤安全、可靠,临床效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of reused P applicator brachytherapy for infantile hemangioma.Methods One hundred and twenty patients of infantile hemangioma were randomly divided into regular applicator group and resued applicator group（n = 60 in each group）.The patients in regular applicator group were treated using the regular applicator,while patients in resued applicator group were treated using the resued applicator.The curative effects were compared between two groups.Results The total cure rate of the resued applicator group and the regular applicator group was respectively 90.0%,95.0%.There was no significant difference in the cure rate between two groups. Conclusion Reused ³²P applicator is a safe,reliable,effective method for infantile hemangioma.更多还原
