【摘要】 目的分析2005—2011年网报河北省胸科医院肺结核患者情况,为更好地防治结核病提供科学依据。方法收集2005—2011年上报的中华人民共和国传染病肺结核患者卡片并进行统计分析。结果 8 580例中,男女性别比为1.88:1;发病以15～24岁年龄组最多,占总上报例数的30.35%;各个职业中农民病例数最多,占总人数的56.81%;患者的来源构成以石家庄市为主,占河北省总数的63.95%;未痰检的患者为5 162例,占总数60.16%。结论通过对我院7年网报肺结核患者情况分析,可知结核病高发人群为青少年及农村男性,因此应重视重点人群的结核病防控工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the situation of network reporting pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Hebei Provincial Chest Hospital from 2005 to 2011,and to provide scientific basis for preventing and controlling tuberculosis.Methods The cards of network reporting pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Hebei Provincial Chest Hospital from 2005 to 2011 were collected and analyzed.Results The sex ratio of male and female was 1.88:1 in the collected 8 580 cases and the age group of 15 -24 was the most and occupied 30.35%of all the reported cases;the farmer case was the most and accounted for 56.81%of all the profession;most of the patients in the hospital came from Shijiazhuang,and occupied 63.95%of the total cases in Hebei province;5 162 cases which were not performed with sputum examination constituted 60.16%of the total cases.Conclusion The teenagers and the rural male are the high-risk groups through the analysis of network reporting pulmonary tuberculosis patients in seven years in the hospital.The prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis should be further strengthened in the key population.更多还原
