【摘要】 目的探讨去乙酰化酶(sirtuin 3,SIRT3)在肝癌组织中的表达与肝癌患者预后的关系。方法取原发性肝癌肿瘤组织80例,用免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤组织SIRT3的表达水平,生存曲线分析采用Kaplan-Meier方法 ,组间生存率比较采用Log-rank检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果研究发现肝癌患者中SIRT3高表达组术后生存率低,相反,SIRT3低表达组术后生存率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌组织中SIRT3表达水平与患者生存率呈负相关,SIRT3表达在原发性肝癌的预后中具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association of the expression of sirtuin 3(SIRT3) with hepatocellular carcinoma prognosis.Methods SIRT3 in specimens resected from 80 hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method.Survival curves were calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method,and comparisons between the curves were made using the Log-rank test. Results The survival rate of SIRT3 overexpression group was low,conversely,the survival rate of SIRT3 low expression group was high,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a negative correlation between the expression of SIRT3 in HCC tissues and the survival time of patients with HCC,and the expression of SIRT3 may play a very important role in the prognosis of HCC.更多还原
