【摘要】 目的探讨血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL)检测诊断急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法和苦味酸法对52例AKI患者(研究组)和50例健康体检者(对照组)血清NGAL和肌酐进行检测。结果 1、2、3期AKI患者血清NGAL均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);AKI患者血清NGAL与肌酐呈正线性相关(r_s=0.702,P<0.01)。结论血清NGAL可以作为AKI发生的血清学指标,对AKI的早期诊断具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin(NGAL) in acute kidney injury(AKI).Methods Serum NGAL and creatinine were detected in 52 AKI patients(study group) and 50 healthy controls(control group) with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and picric acid method,respectively.Results Serum NGAL of AKI patients in stage 1,2 and 3 were markedly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01);serum NGAL of the study group was linearly correlated to serum creatinine(r_s=0.702,P<0.01 ).Conclusion Serum NGAL level can be one serum marker for AKI and is useful for the early diagnosis of AKI.更多还原
