【Abstract】 The present family business definitions have problems such as lacking of essential characters of the family business, one-sidedness, and diversification, etc., which bring out low credibility and comparability of the research results. This study defines a family business with two essential factors of familiness and embedness and analyzes the internal mechanism between family and business, which also help to solve the problems in the lay of family business governance deeply.更多还原
