【摘要】 目的:调查激素依赖性皮炎患者的心理状况和生活质量,并对其进行心理治疗。方法:选取2011年2月-2012年10月在我院就诊的面部激素依耐性皮炎患者和面部过敏性皮炎患者各80例,分成激素依耐性皮炎组和过敏性皮炎组(对照组)。通过问卷的方式,让患者自行填写SCL-90和DLQI量表,对他们心理状况和生活质量进行调查分析,研究激素依耐性皮炎患者的心理状况和生活质量,并对他们进行心理干预。结果:激素依耐性皮炎患者SCL-90各因子分均大于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;激素依耐性皮炎患者DLQI各因子得分除治疗方面外均大于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;对存在严重焦虑、忧郁等心理问题和生活质量指数明显降低的激素依赖性皮炎患者,我们进行了心理治疗,心理治疗前后患者SCL-90和DLQI评分明显下降(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:激素依耐性皮炎患者同过敏性皮炎患者相比,存在较严重的心理问题,同时生活质量明显下降,对激素依耐性皮炎患者进行心理干预很重要,也很有必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To conduct a survey on the psychological condition and life quality of hormone-dependent dermatitis patients,and to evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on them.Methods:There were respectively 80cases of face hormone-dependent dermatitis and 80cases of face atopic dermatitis(control group)who were admitted in our hospital from Feb.2012 to Oct.2012 included in this survey.The patients were required to fill in the questionnaires designed according to the SCL-90and DLQI scale to analyze their psychological conditions and life qualities.Psychological care and intervention were performed for hormone-dependent dermatitis according to the patients’ psychological conditions and life quality.Results:All the SCL-90factor scores in the hormone-dependent dermatitis group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);except for the factor scores on treatment,all DLQI factor scores in the hormone-dependent dermatitis group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).For the patients with psychological problems such as severe anxiety and depression as well as obvious decrease of life quality index,psychological care were performed,and then the SCL-90and DLQI scores of these patients decreased obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with atopic dermatitis patients,hormone-dependent dermatitis patients have severe psychological problems and their life quality decreased obviously,so psychological care is important and necessary for them.更多还原
