【摘要】 目的:观察聚四氟乙烯膜联合丝裂霉素C治疗烧伤性睑球粘连的临床效果。方法:选择2009年2月至2012年6月我院收治的眼烧伤后睑球粘连患者28例(31只眼)。手术分离睑球粘连后,将0.02%(0.2g/L)的丝裂霉素C棉片,置于深穹隆部的结膜下3min后取出,用生理盐水充分冲洗结膜囊后进行聚四氟乙烯膜移植。术后随访6-12月,观察手术效果。结果:31只眼术后无一感染,其中23只眼(74.2%)术后效果良好,手术成功。6只眼(19.3%)效果一般,有所改善,2只眼(6.5%)术后再次粘连,手术失败。结论:聚四氟乙烯膜联合丝裂霉素C治疗烧伤性睑球粘连安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of treatment for burn symblepharon by PTFE membrane combined with mytomycin C.Methods:From February 2009 to June 2012,the PTFE membrane and mytomycin C(0.2 g/L) were used for the treatment of burn symblepharon of 28 patients(31 eyes).An appropriate size of the PTFE membrane was placed in the wound as a spacer after separating the adhesion.A PTFE membrane-fornix-eyelid skin mattress suture was made,and then the conjunctiva and PTFE membrane was sutured.The patients were followed up for 6-12 months to evaluate the effect of operation.Results:There were no postoperative infections,and of all the 31 eyes,23 eyes(74.2%) got good result,6 eyes(19.3%) were improved,and 2 eyes(6.5%) remained unchanged.Conclusion:It was a safe and effective way to treat burn symblepharon by PTFE membrane combined with mytomycin C.更多还原
