【摘要】 将"农村体育以乡镇为重点"作为基点,从农村体育研究领域小城镇体育与村落体育之争到两种研究流派的形成谈起,考虑农村体育事业的全局发展,在分析小城镇、小城镇体育概念及范围的基础上,提出农村体育发展之小城镇体育模式的观点。分析认为:城乡一体化、城乡体育一体化是其理论基础;"农村体育以乡镇为重点"是其政策依据;从指导思想、目标任务、基本原则、实现途径四方面,提出"十二五"小城镇体育模式促进农村体育发展的思路;最后对小城镇体育产业、体育人口、体育文化、体育公共服务等主要研究范畴进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the point that towns are the center of rural sports,this paper starts from the contradiction between small town sports and village sports to the formation of two research schools.After macroscopic consideration of the development of rural sports,based on the exploration of concept and scope of small towns and small towns’ sports,it puts forward the point of small town sports model in rural sports development.The analysis shows that:urban-rural integration and urban-rural sports integration are the theoretical basis of small town sports model;Towns are the center of rural sports is the policy basis;From such four aspects as instructional guidelines,fundamental principle,objective tasks and ways of realization,it advances the strategic conception that small town sports model should be developed to promote rural sports development in the twelfth five-year plan;Finally,it construes and forecasts the main aspects in small town sports such as sports industry,sports population,sports culture and sports public service.更多还原
