【摘要】 从体制、训练理念、训练实践、文化素质培养、社会学因素、培养模式以及教练员等方面,初步探讨了我国青少年足球运动发展的主要问题,并提出了相关建议,认为青少年足球应转向市场化、职业化;纠正与青少年足球科学发展不相适应的训练理念,让青少年足球回归其自身发展轨道;青少年足球训练要切实体现出足球项目的特点并与青少年身心发展相适应;科学选材;提高青少年足球运动员的文化素质;充分吸取原有培养模式的优势,特别是对体校模式应加以完善;提高青少年足球教练员的能力和水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the aspects of system,training concept,training practice,culture quality education,training mode,sociological factors,as well as the coaches,etc.,this paper discusses the main problems of youth football development in our country,and puts forward some relevant suggestions.It thinks that the youth football should turn to marketization and professionalism,correct the training concept of the juvenile football scientific development,and let youth football back to its own development track.The youth football training needs to reflect the characteristics of the soccer program and adapt to the adolescent physical and mental development.We should also select athletes scientifically,improve the cultural quality of juvenile football players,fully absorb the advantages of original cultivating mode,especially in sports school pattern should be perfected and improve the ability and level of the juvenile football coaches.更多还原
