正交实验法优化二氢高红霉素硼酸酯的合成条件
Synthesis Process of Dihydro Erythromycin Boric Acid Ester with Orthogonal Experiment
【摘要】 采用正交实验法和铂碳催化还原硼氢化物的原理,探索了合成二氢高红霉素硼酸酯的适宜条件,构建了硼氢化物催化还原体系,得到了工业化前景较好的合成二氢高红霉素硼酸酯的反应条件.结果表明:以甲醇-水为反应溶剂,以Pt/C(质量分数为1.5%)为催化剂,5℃下物质的量之比为7∶1的硼氢化钾与红霉素亚胺醚反应6h,样品收率97.9%.
【Abstract】 Orthogonal experimental method was employed to study the synthesis condition majorization of dihydro erythromycin boric acid ester.Pt-C catalyst was first used in the boron hydride reduction step of the synthesis of dihydro erythromycin boric acid ester to investigate the reaction.Finally,the optimal reaction condition was potassium borohydride and erythromycin imine ether(7∶1) in methanol-water solution catalyzed with Pt-C(1.5 % in mass) at 5 ℃ for 6 hours.
