【摘要】 贫困农户合作是反贫困治理结构的重要组成部分。就当前情况来看,贫困农户之间主要采取农民专业合作社、扶贫互助社或扶贫互助金、能人带动或农村经纪人等合作形式。这些形式对于解决贫困农户资金、技术需求,促进农村社会新的治理结构快速形成起到了一定的作用。但是,贫困农户合作存在的认知偏差、管理能力缺位、层次不高以及政策支持力度不够等问题,严重制约了贫困农户合作机制的建构。因此,以政府引导为主,建立风险控制机制和项目监测体系、完善户企利益联结机制、培育农村经纪人等贫困农户合作机制,就成为当前贫困治理的一项重要内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 The co-op mechanism of the poor farmers is a significant part of poverty alleviation.Specifically,farmers set up co-ops,poverty alleviation departments,and agent-led organizations in handling financing and technological supports.However,the cognitive misunderstanding,inefficient management,and inadequate governmental supports have hindered the co-op mechanisms from functioning.This paper proposes the countermeasures.更多还原
