矿车离位检测与报警装置硬件设计
Hardware design of tramcar position detecting and alarming device
【摘要】 为了提高罐笼中矿车提升的安全性,针对现有矿车提升系统中容易出现矿车坠井事故的情况,分析了矿车坠井事故发生的机理,设计了一套矿车离位检测报警装置用于预防矿车坠井事故的发生。矿车离位检测报警装置由中央控制器、罐笼端矿车位置实时采集子系统、离位信息无线传输子系统、离位信息显示报警子系统以及电源管理子系统组成。设计的装置能在矿车离开安全位置5毫米以内检测到离位的状态并能在1秒内发出声光报警,同时可以锁定动罐信号,防止在危险状态动罐而导致矿车坠井事故的发生,通过在生产现场近两年的运行测试,证明了其稳定性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the security of tramcar lifting in cage,as for the malpractice of existing tramcar lift system,we analyzed the accident mechanism of tramcar fall,designed a tramcar position detecting and alarming device to prevent the tramcar fall accidents.The tramcar position detecting and alarming device consists of the central controller,tramcar position real- time acquisition subsystem,wireless information transmission subsystem,position displaying and alarming subsystem and power management subsystem.The designed Device can detect 5 millimeters off from the safe position and alarm within 1second,and can lock the cage moving signal to prevent the tramcar falling accident.We proved its stability and reliability through two years running test in the production site.
