二咪唑基甲烷配体构筑Ag(Ⅰ)配位聚合物的合成与晶体结构

【摘要】 通过溶液扩散合成了一个新颖的基于二咪唑基甲烷配体(BIM)构筑的Ag(Ⅰ)配位聚合物[Ag(BIM)ClO4]n,对其进行了元素分析,红外光谱与热重分析表征,并用单晶X射线衍射测定了晶体结构。该配合物属于单斜晶系,空间群为P2(1)/c,晶胞参数为a=4.8952(4),b=14.1094(13),c=15.5731(14),α=90°,β=90.458(2)°,γ=90°,V=1075.57(16)3,Z=4,Dc=2.195 mg/m3,μ=2.132mm-1,F(000)=696,最终R=0.0302,wR=0.0762用于1814个可观测点。晶体结构表明Ag(Ⅰ)离子同二咪唑基甲烷配体以直线型二齿方式配位形成一维"之"字链的阳离子结构,并通过金属-π键作用和阴离子的桥联作用形成三维的金属有机网格,该化合物十分稳定,热力学分解温度为352℃.

【Abstract】 A novel silver(I) coordination polymer [Ag(BIM)ClO4] n(BIM = bis(imidazol-1-yl)-methane) has been synthesized and characterized in the solid state by X-ray diffraction.It crystallizes in a monoclinic space group P2(1)/c,with a = 4.8952(4),b = 14.1094(13),c = 15.5731(14),α = 90,β = 90.458(2),γ = 90 °,V = 1075.57(16)3,Z = 4,Dc = 2.195 mg/m3,μ=2.132 mm-1,F(000) = 696,the final R=0.0302 and wR=0.0762 for 1814 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).It contains one-dimensional zig-zag cationic chains formed through BIM and AgI.And the three-dimensional frameworks were formed by metal-π interactions and bridged perchlorate anions.TGA measurement suggests that it is thermal stability with the decomposition temperature at 352℃.
