微波辅助提取黑龙江产苍耳茎中总黄酮
Microwave Assisted Extraction of Total Flavone from Stem of Xanthium sibiricum from Heilongjiang Province
【摘要】 利用微波辅助技术提取黑龙江产苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum)茎中的总黄酮。结果表明,以乙酸乙酯提取,在微波功率为800 W条件下处理2 min,料液比为1∶15(g/mL),与传统提取方法相比,该法提取时间短、提取效率高。黑龙江产的苍耳茎中总黄酮含量较高。
【Abstract】 A new method of microwave- assisted extraction(MAE) is used to extract total flavonoids from Xanthium sibiricum stems from Heilongjiang province. Test results showed that ethyl acetate extraction with microwave power of 800 W for 2 min, solid to liquid ratio 1∶15(g∶mL), has short time, high efficiency. The stem of Xanthium sibiricum from Heilongjiang province contains high content of total flavonoids.
