【Abstract】 A new method of microwave- assisted extraction(MAE) is used to extract total flavonoids from Xanthium sibiricum stems from Heilongjiang province. Test results showed that ethyl acetate extraction with microwave power of 800 W for 2 min, solid to liquid ratio 1∶15(g∶mL), has short time, high efficiency. The stem of Xanthium sibiricum from Heilongjiang province contains high content of total flavonoids.更多还原
