常用的基因分离技术及其在茶学研究中的应用
General Methods for Gene Cloning and its Applications in Tea Science
【摘要】 茶是世界上重要的无酒精饮料之一,同时具有很高的保健价值。近年来,在茶树分子生物学的研究领域取得了长足进展,许多功能基因被分离和克隆,对这些基因的研究有助于从分子水平上掌握茶树生物活性物质的代谢调控机制,为茶树品种改良提供新途径。介绍了常用的基因分离技术原理及其在茶学研究中的应用,将有助于从宏观上把握茶树分子生物学研究的现状,为厘清科研思路提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Tea is one of the most important nonalcoholic beverages in the world, and has great benefits to human health. Recent a progress are made in molecular study of tea science and lots of functional genes are isolated and cloned. The re- sults would help us learning functional mechanisms of tea bioactive components and provide new ways in tea breeding. This paper reviewed the principles of general gene cloning methods and its application in tea science, which help us understand the present background of tea studies.
