天葱花序轴再生体系研究

【摘要】 以天葱(Allium chrysanthum Regel.)花序轴为外植体,研究不同激素组成及其浓度对天葱花序轴愈伤组织诱导、继代培养和芽分化的影响,以筛选适合天葱花序轴再生的最适培养基。结果表明,以花序轴为外植体的最适愈伤诱导培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+0.1 mg/L 6-BA;最适愈伤继代培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg/L 6-BA;最适愈伤芽分化培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA。

【Abstract】 The rachis of Allium chrysanthum Regel. was used as explants to study, the effects of differernt phytohormone composition and concentrations of culture medium on inducing callus,subculture,bud differentiation of rachis of Allium chrysanthum Regel. The suitable culture medium for rachis regeneration was selected. The results showed that the suitable medium for callus from the rachis was MS+2.0 mg / L 2,4-D+0.1 mg / L 6-BA, the optimum medium for callus subculture was MS+2.0 mg/L NAA+1.0 mg / L 6-BA, and the optimum bud differentiation medium of callus was MS+2.0 mg / L 6-BA+0.1 mg / L NAA.
