提取龙葵果红色素影响因素的统计模型建立

【摘要】 通过正交试验确定龙葵(Solanum nigrnm)果红色素提取最优工艺,建立提取温度、提取时间为影响因素的提取龙葵果红色素影响因素统计模型。结果表明,提取温度与吸光度呈近似的二次函数关系,提取时间与吸光度呈近似的对数函数关系。吸光度随提取温度升高呈先增后减的趋势,在提取温度为60℃时达到最大值;吸光度随提取时间增加呈先急后缓的增长趋势,在提取时间为70 min时达到稳定值。

【Abstract】 The purpose of paper is to establish a statistical model for factors influencing the exraction of extracting red pig- ment from Solanum nigrnm fruit. The optimal process of extracting red pigment from Solanum nigrnm fruit was determined by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the average value of absorbency changed from increase to decrease when the extraction temperature kept rising. The average value of absorbency reached the maximum point while the extraction tempera- ture was 60 ℃. The average value of absorbency would increase when the extraction time lasted. The increase tendency is fast before the point of 70 min and slow after the point of 70 min. There is a quadratic function relation between extraction tem- perature and average value of absorbency. There is a logarithmic function relation between extraction time and average value of absorbency. The extraction temperature and extraction temperature time are both the important influencing factors of extract- ing red pigment from Solanum nigrnm fruit.
