贵州止泻草药对预防仔猪腹泻效果的影响
The Influences of Guizhou Antidiarrheal Herbs on Piglet Diarrhea Prevention
【摘要】 为了评价贵州止泻草药对仔猪腹泻的预防效果,选取对大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌抑菌效果好的2个配方(多叶勾儿茶+天青地白;拳参),各设1%、2%和3%3个剂量处理,与对照(抗生素)和对照(空白)比较,饲喂患腹泻的断奶仔猪进行防治试验,试验期为36 d。经协方差分析,调整为初始重一致的试验结果后,再用模糊评分法对结束重、净增重、增重率、料肉比、生产每千克肉的饲料成本和腹泻频率进行综合评价。协方差分析结果为:除在饲料中添加多叶勾儿茶+天青地白3%外,其他组间止泻效果无显著差异(P>0.05),以拳参1%和多叶勾儿茶+天青地白2%处理止泻效果为佳。多叶勾儿茶+天青地白3%净增重显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。综合评定结果表明,多叶勾儿茶+天青地白2%、多叶勾儿茶+天青地白1%、拳参1%和拳参3%处理均优于2个对照。
【Abstract】 In order to evaluate effects of Guizhou antidiarrheal herbs on piglet diarrhea prevention, 2 Guizhou antidiarrheal herbal formulas having distinguished bacteriostatic effect on Escherichia coli and Salmonella: Berchemia polyphylla wall ex Laws+ Potentilla chinensis Ser., Polygonum bistorta L. were selected. Each formula was designed for three doses(1%, 2% and 3%), compared with control(antibiotic) and control(blank). Weaned piglets were fed for 36 days. Through analysis of co- variance, results were adjusted by fuzzy score based on identical initial weight, evaluate comprehensively end weight, net in- crease of weight, weight gain, feed conversion, feed cost per kg of meat and diarrhea frequency. The results showed that in addition to Berchemia polyphylla wall ex Laws+ Potentilla chinensis Ser. 3%, the anti-diarrheal effects among the other for- mulations and doses were not significant(P>0.05). The anti-diarrheal effects of Polygonum bistorta L. 1% and Berchemia polyphylla wall ex Laws+ Potentilla chinensis Ser. 2% are better in anti-diarrheal effect. Berchemia polyphylla wall ex Laws+ Potentilla chinensis Ser. 3% is poor in weight gain(P<0.05). The other formulations and dose don’t affect weight gain(P> 0.05). Comprehensive assessment showed that Berchemia polyphylla wall ex Laws+ Potentilla chinensis Ser. 2%, Berchemia polyphylla wall ex Laws+ Potentilla chinensis Ser. 1%, Polygonum bistorta L. 1% and Polygonum bistorta L. 3% are better than two controls.
