【摘要】 对白及[Bletilla striata(Thunb.ex A.Murray)Rchb.f.]种子无菌繁殖微型种茎进行了初步研究。结果表明,白及种子在KC+200 g/L马铃薯萌发培养基中发芽率最高,达到100%;在1/2 MS+0.2 mg/L NAA生根培养基中,白及各项指标最高,其中生根率为97%,最长根长为2.5 cm;在MS种茎培养基中白及的生长状态最好,平均每株产苗2.8个,最大叶长为3.8 cm,根数为6条/株。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment was carried out to investigate the sterile propagation of mini seed-stem by Bletilla striata seed on different media. The results showed that the seed germination rate of B. striata was highest with 100% in KC +200 g / L potato germination medium; the rooting rate was 97% in 1 / 2 MS+0.2 mg / L NAA rooting medium, with the highest indicators and the longest root 2.5 cm; the growth was best in MS stem medium, with 2.8 seedlings per plant, the maximum leaf length 3.8cm, and six roots per plant.更多还原
