龙葵内生细菌的分离鉴定和多样性研究
Diversities of Endophytic Bacteria Isolated from Medical Plant Solanum nigrum L.
【摘要】 采用16 S rDNA PCR-RFLP和16 S rDNA基因全序列分析的方法,对从龙葵植株中分离得到的37株内生细菌进行多相分类和系统发育研究,结果显示共有18种16 S rDNA基因型,在系统分类上归属于8个属,分别为短杆菌属(Brevibacterium)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)、类芽孢杆菌属(Paenibacillus)、土壤杆菌属(Agrobacterium)、短波单胞菌属(Brevundimonas)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)和鞘脂杆菌属(Sphingobacterium)。其中,菌株S-30与模式菌株Brevibacterium frigoritolerans DSM8801T的相似度仅为94.9%,是一个潜在的新种。试验结果揭示了龙葵根、茎、叶组织中内生细菌的多样性及其系统发育地位。
【Abstract】 37 strains were isolated from the roots,stems and leaves of Solanum nigrum L..The genetic diversity was estimated with 16 S rDNA PCR-RFLP and 16 S rDNA sequencing.18 16 S rDNA genotypes were obtained from these strains.16 S rDNA sequencing revealed that these bacterial strains belonged to the following 8 genera,Brevibacterium,Bacillus,Staphylococcus,Paenibacillus,Agrobacterium,Brevundimonas,Acinetobacter,Sphingobacterium.The strain S-30 was closely related to type strain Brevibacterium frigoritolerans DSM 8801T at the level of 94.9% 16 S rDNA sequence identity and it should be a novel species.The results showed the diversity and phylogenetic status of endophytic bacteria isolated from the roots,stems and leaves of S.nigrum L..
