【摘要】 利用RT-PCR方法对黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)CFL基因在各器官组织中的表达谱进行了分析。结果表明,CFL基因在黄瓜根、下胚轴、子叶、节间等营养组织以及花原基、花蕾、雌雄花和子房等繁殖组织中均有表达,且在幼嫩组织中表达量较高,其表达量会随着器官发育而不断下调,但花器官中的表达量要明显高于营养器官和组织中的表达量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expression of CFL gene of Cucumis sativus L.was studied by RT-PCR technology.The results showed that expression of CFL gene could be detected in roots,hypocotyls,cotyledons,internodes,floral primordium,flower buds,male and female flowers and ovaries,especially in tender tissues.The expression of CFL gene declined as the organs development.It had higher expression level in floral organs than in vegetative organs.更多还原
