【Abstract】 To cultivate a high-quality talent team with appropriate scale,optimal structure,rational layout and excellent quality,ensure the comparative advantage of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences in talent competition among the provincial level academies of agricultural sciences in the central-west area,and provide solid talent support and intellectual security for "Upgrading level,constructing first-class academy",the talent team construction situation of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences was investigated.The problems in the development of talent team were discussed,and corresponding countermeasures were pointed out.更多还原
