超声波辅助提取金钗石斛生物碱工艺优化
Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Total Alkaloids from Dendrobium nobil by Ultrasonic Assisted Method
【摘要】 采用超声波辅助提取金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobile Lindl.)生物碱,以生物碱得率为指标,对乙醇体积分数、超声波功率、提取时间和固液比等影响因素进行了研究,并采用正交试验对提取条件进行了优化。结果表明,以70%乙醇为提取溶剂,用200 W超声波辅助提取20 min,固液比为1∶8(m/V,g∶mL)时,生物碱得率最高,达到0.248%。
【Abstract】 In order to extract total alkaloids from Dendrobium nobil Lindl.by ultrasonic assisted method effectively,using yield of alkaloids as index,the influencing factors such as alcohol volume fraction,ultrasonic power,extraction time and solid to liquid ratio were studied,and orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction conditions.The results showed that the yield of alkaloids was the highest(0.248%) when using 70% alcohol as extractant,ultrasonic power at 200 W,extraction time for 20 min and solid to liquid ratio at 1∶8(m / V,g∶mL).
