超临界CO2萃取蜘蛛香中缬草素工艺优化
Optimization of Supercritical CO2 Method for Extraction of Valtrate from Valeriana jatamansi
【摘要】 探讨超临界CO2萃取蜘蛛香(Valeriana jatamansi Jones.)中缬草素工艺条件的优化,采用响应曲面法考察萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对缬草素收率的影响。结果表明,优化的萃取条件为萃取压力28MPa、萃取温度44℃、萃取时间49 min,此条件下缬草素收率为1.88%。
【Abstract】 To investigate the optimum extraction process of valtrate from Valeriana jatamansi Jones.by supercritical CO2 extraction method,the response surface methodology was applied for analyzing the effects of extraction parameters such as extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time on yield of valtrate.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were extraction pressure 28 MPa,extraction temperature 43 ℃,extraction time 49 min;under the above conditions,the yield of valtrate was 1.88%.
