高效氯氰菊酯对草鱼血清和脾脏酸性磷酸酶活性的影响

【摘要】 研究了暴露在不同浓度高效氯氰菊酯下草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellas)血清和脾脏中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性变化。将高效氯氰菊酯浓度设5组,包括1个对照组(0μg/L)和4个处理组(0.5、1.0、3.0、5.0μg/L),每组分别于暴露1、5、12 d时取样,测定血清和脾脏ACP的活性。结果显示,暴露1 d时,血清ACP活性各处理组显著下降;脾脏ACP活性0.5μg/L组和1.0μg/L组显著升高,3.0μg/L组和5.0μg/L组显著下降。暴露5 d时,血清ACP活性1.0μg/L组显著上升,3.0μg/L组和5.0μg/L组显著下降;脾脏ACP活性1.0、3.0和5.0μg/L组显著下降。暴露12 d时,血清ACP活性1.0、3.0和5.0μg/L组显著下降;脾脏ACP活性各处理组均显著下降。ACP活性的变化反映了高效氯氰菊酯能够影响鱼体的代谢平衡,对鱼体具有毒害作用;同时,血清和脾脏的ACP活性对高效氯氰菊酯早期污染的敏感性可以作为监测水体中此类化学品污染的一个特异性标志物。

【Abstract】 The acid phosphatase activity in grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellas) serum and spleen were studied in different beta-cypermethrin concentration exposing.The study set 5 beta-cypermethrin concentrations,including the control(0 μg / L) and four treatment sets with beta-cypermethrin concentration of 0.5,1.0,3.0,5.0 μg / L,respectively.Each set exposed 1,5,12 d,then detect the acid phosphatase activity.The results showed that,comparing with the control(0 μg / L),when exposed to the first day,the activity of ACP in the serum was reduced remarkably for all treatment groups,and in the spleen at 0.5 μg / L and 1.0 μg / L significantly increased,whereas at 3.0 μg / L and 5.0 μg / L sharply decreased.When exposed to the fifth day,the 1.0 μg / L significantly increased,the 3.0 μg / L and 5.0 μg / L produced remarkable reduction in ACP in the serum,and ACP activity decreased remarkably for all the treatment groups except for 0.5 μg / L group in the spleen.ACP activity in the serum and spleen observably decreased for treatment groups except for 0.5 μg / L group of the serum when exposed to the twelfth day.Results of the present work show beta-cypermethrin can affect the fish’s metabolism balance and have toxic effects on fish,meanwhile,the sensitivity of the ACP activity in serum and spleen to beta-cypermethrin as a specific monitoring marker can be useful to detect incipient cypermethrin intoxication of fish.
