瑞香狼毒总黄酮超临界CO2萃取工艺的优化

【摘要】 探讨超临界CO2萃取瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme L.)中总黄酮的优化工艺条件,采用响应曲面法考察萃取压力、萃取温度、乙醇用量对总黄酮收率的影响。结果表明,优化的萃取条件为萃取压力27 MPa、萃取温度52℃、乙醇用量3 mL/g,此条件下总黄酮收率为1.412%。

【Abstract】 To investigate the optimum extraction process of total flavanoids from Stellera chamaejasme by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method,response surface methodology was applied to study the effects of extraction parameters such as extraction pressure,extraction temperature and ethanol dosage on the yield of total flavanoids.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were extraction pressure 27 MPa,extraction temperature 52 ℃,ethanol dosage 3 mL/g;under the above conditions,the yield of total flavanoids was 1.412%.
