【摘要】 以蓝靛果(Lonicera caerulea L. var. edulis Jurcz et Herd)带芽茎段为外植体进行组培快繁,考察了激素种类和浓度对外植体增殖及不定芽生根的影响。结果表明,适合外植体增殖的培养基为MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA,增殖系数达3.3,适合不定芽生根的培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L IBA,生根率达72%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tissue rapid propagation of Lonicera caerulea L.var.edulis Jurcz et Herd was conducted using the stem segments with buds as explants.The effects of sorts and concentration of hormone on explants proliferation and rooting of adventitious buds were investigated.The results showed that the optimum culture medium for explants proliferation was MS+2.0 mg/L 6BA+0.2 mg/L IBA with proliferation coefficient of 3.3;suitable culture medium for rooting of adventitious buds was 1/2MS+ 0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L IBA with rooting ratio of 72%.更多还原
