【摘要】 为了开发醚菌酯的环保水乳剂剂型,确定水乳剂制备方法,试验对10%醚菌酯水乳剂的助溶剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、消泡剂等进行了筛选,确定10%醚菌酯水乳剂最佳配方为醚菌酯原药10%、二氯甲烷14%、农乳500(支链)∶农乳1601 1∶3用量为8%、H201甲基硅油0.2%、乙二醇5%,水补足至100%。以此配方制备的10%醚菌酯水乳剂质量控制指标符合水乳剂相关标准,可应用于生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 To develop kresoxim-methyl formulation of environmental protection,the formulation of kresoxim-methyl 10% EW was developed with the method of continuous distributed processing technology,according to the standard of EW,emulsion,dumping,anti-freeze,heat storage stability [(54±2)℃,14 d].The formulation was optimized with main adjuvants such as Solvent,Emulsifier,anti-freeze agents and etc.The receipt was composed of kresoxim-methyl(10%),dichloromethane(14%),emulsifier(8%),anti-freeze agent(5%),defoamer(0.2%),water(68.8%).It was found that its physical and chemical properties were not changed significantly after the formulation was stored under cold and thawing conditions respectively and that the heat storage was up to standard.The formulation was used for production.更多还原
