【摘要】 特困毕业生就业的数量与质量直接关系到普通高校毕业生就业状况。文章以山东农业大学为例,分析了特困毕业生数量、性别结构与学历结构情况,指出特困毕业生在就业观念、就业心理及个人能力等方面存在的问题。针对问题,从特困毕业生个人、高校及政府部门3个角度提出相应对策以改善特困毕业生就业状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 The amount and quality of the poorest graduates’employment is directly related to the college graduates employment situation.The paper analyses the number of poverty-stricken graduates,sex structure and educational structure of Shandong Agricultural University,points out the problems of employment idea,employment psychology and personal ability and proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the above issues from three aspects of the graduates themselves,universities and government departments.更多还原
