【摘要】 学生申诉制度是高职院校依法治校、深化教育改革的重要内容。然而,目前高职院校的学生申诉制度仍存在学生申诉意识淡薄、学生申诉处理委员会构成不科学、学生的程序性权利和受教育权未能得到有效保护等诸多不足。通过分析制约因素,提出加强宣传力度、优化学生申诉处理委员会人员构成、保护学生程序性权利、保障学生申诉期间的受教育权、确立申诉不加罚原则等解决措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The students’ complaint system(SCS) is important for higher vocational colleges to manage by law and deepen the educational reform.However,the system still has many problems at present including students’ weak complaint consciousness,the unscientific composition of the students’ complaint committee(SCC),unprotected procedural right and education right of students and so on.This paper analyzes the current situation and the factors restraining the SCS construction,on the basis of which several responding strategies are drawn by strengthening publicity,upgrading personnel composition of SCC,protecting students’ procedural rights as well as guaranteeing their right to receive education during the complaint and establishing the complaint without penalty principle.更多还原
