【摘要】 研究了用大孔吸附树脂从发酵液中提取Pneumocandin B0(PB0)的工艺条件。从8种大孔吸附树脂中筛选出HZ818吸附PB0效果较好,静态吸附量可达10 436μg·g-1。以HZ818树脂吸附饱和后,先用40%乙醇洗脱去除杂质、再用85%乙醇解吸,解吸收率达91.6%,PB0浓度富集20倍以上,色谱纯度由13.3%提高至78.6%。该吸附-洗涤-解吸工艺简单易行、成本低、环保,适合工业化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technological parameters to purify Pneumocandin B0(PB0)from fermentation broth by macroporous adsorptive resin were studied.Resin HZ818was selected to purify PB0from eight kinds of resins for it had the best adsorption capability to PB0with a static adsorption amount of 10 436μg·g-1.When the adsorption of PB0by resin HZ818was saturated,the washing with 40% of ethanol and then desorption with 85% of ethanol were carried out.Finally,the desorption yield reached 91.6%,the PB0was concentrated by over 20folds and its chromatographic purity increased from 13.3%to 78.6%.This adsorption-washing-desorption process is fit for industrial production for its simple operation,low cost and environmental protection.更多还原
