几种锰盐催化苯甲醛肟重排生成苯甲酰胺的研究
Study on Manganese-Catalyzed Rearrangement of Benzaldoxime into Benzamide
【摘要】 采用4种锰盐MnCl2、Mn(OAc)2、MnO2、MnSO4催化苯甲醛肟重排生成苯甲酰胺。结果表明,Mn(OAc)2具有最高催化效率;以Mn(OAc)2为催化剂,考察了反应温度、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对产率的影响,确定最佳反应条件为:n[Mn(OAc)2]∶n(苯甲醛肟)=1.1∶10、反应温度110℃、反应时间14h,在此条件下苯甲酰胺产率达66.4%。Mn(OAc)2有效地缩短了反应时间,是一种良好的催化剂。
【Abstract】 In this study,four kinds of manganese salts[ MnCl2,Mn(OAc)2,MnO2,MnSO4 ] were used as catalyst for rearrangement of benzaldoxime into benzamide.The results showed that Mn(OAc) 2 had the highest catalytic efficiency.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows:molar ratio of Mn(OAc) 2 to benzaldoxime of 1.1∶10,reaction temperature of 110 ℃,reaction time of 14 h.Under above conditions,the yield of benzamide reached 66.4%.Mn(OAc) 2 can effectively shorten the reaction time.Therefore,it is a good catalyst.
