细小纤维对PCC预絮聚技术影响研究

【摘要】 分析针叶木浆和苇浆的纤维长度分布情况,比较了5种工艺条件下抄纸所得纸张的抗张指数、撕裂指数以及灰分含量.实验得出苇浆细小纤维含量高于针叶木浆,其所抄造纸页抗张指数和撕裂指数均较低,但细小纤维含量高有助于填料PCC留着.采用预絮聚加填,填料絮聚体主要留着在纤维交织空隙及毛细管处,较少影响纸页抗张强度,并且增加填料留着率.分析认为:采用PCC预絮聚技术,PCC絮聚体的留着位置对纤维之间的氢键结合影响较小;细小纤维缠绕及截留,有助于絮聚体在流送过程中的留着,从而对纸页的相关性能产生影响.

【Abstract】 The paper detected the fiber length distribution,and compared the tensile index,tear index and ash content under five papermaking technologies.The results of the experiments show that,the fines content of reed pulp is higher than that of the softwood and the tensile index and tear index of hand sheet are much lower,while high content of fines is helpful for filler retention.By taking the pre-flocculation technology,the filler flocculated and stayed in the crossing of fibers instead of the fiber surface,which does good to the tensile of paper and the filler retention.The analyses indicate that,when the flocculation stays in the crossing of fibers,it’s less harmful to the hydrogen bond.As for the twine and interception of fines,the flocculation is good to keep;therefore the properties of paper can be improved.
