【Abstract】 It is generally believed that students’ foundation in higher vocational college is poor and the quality is low.It has become an important issue to provide pertinent ideological and political education with rich and individual characteristic for higher vocational students.Each student has his or her own characteristics and specialty.They should be effectively guided by using diversified,concrete and individualized evaluation mechanism for their comprehensive quality,with professional ideological and political teachers as the core,counselor as the guide,and other various professional teachers as ideological advisers.Education overpass to promote the development of students’ personality can be built up from the students’ self education,teacher counselor guidance intervention to the edification of school culture environment.更多还原
