建筑板材安装机器人视觉系统及标定方法研究
Research of the building slabstone installing robot vision system and the calibration method
【摘要】 在总结了已有线结构光视觉传感器标定方法的基础上,提出了一种针对建筑板材安装机器人系统特定工作条件下,对线结构光视觉传感器进行标定的新方法.利用机器人精确移动获取标定点,并根据图像中反应的外界光照条件,板材尺寸等信息,通过BP神经网络逼近线结构光视觉传感器的标定模型,从而将线结构光视觉传感器的内外参数统一标定.该方法大大简化了标定过程,并在应用中取得了较好的效果.
【Abstract】 On the basis of summarizing the available line structured light vision sensor calibration method, a new method of line structured light vision sensor calibration aiming at the building panels installed robot system under specific operating conditions is proposed. Using the precise movement of the robot to obtain calibration points, and, based on the external lighting conditions, the sheet size information in the image, through the calibration model of the approximation between BP neural network and line structured light vision sensor in order to calibrate the internal and external parameters of line structured light vision sensor in a unified way. By simplifying the calibration process, the method has achieved good results in the application.
