利用铜绿微囊藻荧光检测农药莠去津的生物毒性

【摘要】 建立利用铜绿微囊藻叶绿素荧光技术检测农药莠去津生物毒性的新方法.通过实验确定了铜绿微囊藻制备方法和条件,得到其叶绿素荧光的激发波长、荧光波长分别为435nm和680nm,在该波长处铜绿微囊藻荧光对莠去津有灵敏响应,莠去津的质量浓度与藻荧光信号抑制率呈明显的正相关性,相关系数为r=0.995 3,线性范围为0.002~0.064 mg/L.叶绿素荧光检测方法与标准发光细菌法无显著性差异,可用于莠去津生物毒性检测.

【Abstract】 A new method for the determination of the pesticide atrazine biological toxicity by Microcystis aeruginosa chlorophyll fluorescence technology was established.The experiment determined preparation methods and conditions of Microcystis aeruginosa,and 435 nm/680 nm as the chlorophyll fluorescence excitation and emission wavelengths.In the wavelength,the effect of atrazine on algae fluorescence is extraordinary,even the concentration of atrazine and inhibition rate of algal photosynthetic signal has a significant positive correlation,r=0.9953,and the linear range of atrazine was 0.002~0.064 mg/L.The test method of chlorophyll fluorescence has no significant difference with luminescent bacteria method,which can be used for atrazine biological toxicity test.
