【摘要】 利用问卷调研数据考察大学生的个性特征、主观努力和客观环境对学习成绩的影响。研究发现,学生的性别对学习成绩具有显著作用,男生成绩低于女生;学生的生源所在地对学习成绩也有明显影响,北京本地生源学生的学习成绩低于外地生源;在众多主观努力变量中,学生的课外努力程度最为显著。因此,建议在招生中,尽量减少地域歧视,在教学中,多采用启发式教学,提升学生课外努力程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the Questionnaire survey and statistical data,this paper discusses the influence of personality traits,subjective value and circumstance to academic record.Empirical studies show the academic record for girls is higher than that for boys,and foreign students are higher than local students.Another conclusion is that extracurricular study is the most important factors in subjective value.This paper proposes that universities should be no discrimination in student enrollment.Heuristic teaching method should be used to promote the extracurricular study of students.更多还原
