【Abstract】 The construction of ecological civilization is one of the major strategic objectives of the 18th CPC National Congress and one of the important contents of the "Two Environment Building" in Hebei Province.However,the current situation of the ecological environment in Hebei Province is not optimistic.There exist chiefly three major challenges: first,the fragile ecological environment and serious environmental pollution;second,the irrational industrial structure and greater ecological security risks;third,the prominent ecological poverty and unoptimistic development trend.Therefore,in order to promote ecological civilization construction and build a beautiful Hebei,Hebei Province must achieve three major breakthroughs during the 12th Five-Year Plan period: first,taking areas around Beijing and Tianjin as the focal point to improve the new layout of ecological construction;second,taking the adjustment of the industrial structure as the core to build a new system of eco-industry;third,taking innovation as the driving force to enhance the dynamic of ecological construction.更多还原
