【Abstract】 Regionality is the apparent character of American public higher education.Each state has formed its distinctive model in the process of constructing its public higher education system in accordance with its requirement.On the case of the Washington state,it has a structured and distinguished system of public higher education which composes of research universities,comprehensive universities and community & technical colleges.The state has made great efforts in the statewide administration of public higher education and formed an effective coordination system which guarantees its public higher education development in a healthy and orderly way.更多还原
