马氏体不锈钢与渗氮钢异种金属焊接试验研究

【摘要】 采用激光焊、激光填丝焊及激光-MAG复合焊分别进行了38CrMoAlA和1Cr17Ni2异种钢的焊接试验研究。结果表明,38CrMoAlA与1Cr17Ni2的激光自熔焊缝极易产生焊接冷裂纹,通过填充不锈钢焊丝,采用激光填丝焊和激光~MAG复合焊,可有效地抑制焊接冷裂纹的产生,获得焊接接头的抗拉强度可达780 MPa以上,获得焊缝组织为奥氏体+10%6铁素体组织,理论上焊缝具有较好的抗裂性和耐腐蚀性能。

【Abstract】 Dissimilar metals of 38CrMoAlA nitriding steel and lCrl7Ni2 martensitic stainless steel were welded by using laser welding,laser welding with filler wire and laser-MAG hybrid welding,repectively.The experimental results demonstrated that the joint of laser welding without filler wire which was sensitive to cold cracking that can be successfully controlled by laser welding with filler wire and laser-MAG hybrid welding with austenitic stainless steel welding wire.Tensile test showed that the tensile strength of the joints can be increased up to 780MPa.The perfect microstructure of austenite with 10%ferrite can be found in the joint of the dissimilar metals was achieved,which indicated that the weld has good crack resistance and corrosion resistance in theory.
