2219-T87铝合金变极性等离子弧焊工艺工程适应性研究
Engineering adaptability in variable polarity plasma welding of 2219-T87 aluminium alloy
【摘要】 由于变极性等离子焊接过程中可调试参数多且工艺窗口较窄,焊接时需严格控制试板加工和装配精度。8mm厚的2219-T87铝合金试板变极性等离子弧焊(VPPAW)时,装配造成的间隙量和错边量对焊接接头拉伸性能的影响进行试验研究,并对拉伸试样的微观断口进行分析。结果表明,随着装配错边和间隙量的增加,焊接接头抗拉强度和断后伸长率均下降,微观断口准解理比重增加。为保证接头性能,生产中应控制错边和间隙量≤0.5mm。
【Abstract】 It is strictly required to machine and assemble the test plate in variable polarity plasma welding(VPPAW) because of more welding parameters to adjust and much narrow process window.To test the relation between the gap or dislocation and the properties of welded joints by different tests namely the tensile test and the test of fracture analysis of tensile specimen,the thickness of 8 mm 2219-T87 aluminum alloy plate were welded by VPPAW.The results showed that with the increasing of the dislocation and the gap,the tensile strength and elongation is reduced,and the proportion of quasi-cleavage fracture is increased in the fracture.To ensure the joint performance,it is necessary to make the dislocation and the gap not more than 0.5 mm.
