【摘要】 目的高效液相色谱(HPLC)实验法测定止咳药品中橙皮苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:phenomenex C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);检测波长:283nm;流动相:乙腈-2%冰醋酸(25∶75);流速:1.0mL·min-1;柱温:25℃。结果橙皮苷线性范围为2~80μg·mL-1(r=0.9992)。结论该方法简便快捷精密度高准确性好,可以作为止咳药品含量的测定方法。同时,用数学统计方法对药品进行分析比较:实验测定的几种药品中橙皮苷含量有极显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE High Performance Liquid Chromatography( HPLC) is one of the most important methods in modern chemical analysis. The content of Hesperidins in cough medicine was determined. METHODS The HPLC method was used. The analytical column was C18column( 4. 6mm × 250mm,5μm) and the UV detector wavelength was 283nm. The mobile phase consist of acetonitrile-2%-glacial acetic acid( 25 ∶ 75),the flow rate was1. 0mL·min-1,the column temperature was 25℃. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2-80μg·mL-1( r =0. 9992). CONCLUSION Concthe method is simple,accurate,reliable and can be used for the quality control of Environmental medicine.
