【摘要】 目的观察早期应用他达那非对男性骨盆骨折后勃起功能的影响,探讨其临床意义。方法选取40例男性骨盆骨折的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组(20例)在常规治疗基础上加用安慰剂,观察组(20例)在常规治疗基础上加用他达那非,共观察12周。观察治疗后IIEF5评分及对患者生活质量的影响。结果观察组的IIEF5评分明显优于对照组。观察组的生活质量明显高于对照组。结论早期应用他达那非对男性骨盆骨折后勃起功能有良好的恢复作用,且能有效提高患者的生活质量,临床治疗中可以积极应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of early application of Tadalafil on erectile function in men following pelvic fractureby and explore the clinical significance.METHODS 40 male cases on erectile dysfunction in following pelvic fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group(20 cases) were treateded by tadalafil,but the control group(20 cases) were intervened by placebo.The effect,IIEF5 scores and life quality were compared in the two groups.RESULTS The score of IIEF5 and life quality,effect were obviously better in the observation group than in the control group after treatment.CONCLUSION The treatment of tadalafil can improve the effect and life quality,and can be recommended for erectile dysfunction men′s patients following pelvic fracture.更多还原
