【摘要】 目的探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤中Ezrin、E-cadherin和EGFR的表达意义及其与预后的关系。方法选取有随访资料的卵巢上皮性肿瘤(包括卵巢癌77例和11例良性、9例交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤),并随机选取正常卵巢组织7例,应用用免疫组化SP法检测Ezrin、E-cadherin和EGFR的表达。结果 Ezrin和E-cadherin在正常卵巢组织、良性、交界卵巢上皮肿瘤组织及卵巢癌组织中的表达阳性率呈递减趋势,并与卵巢癌FIGO分期、组织学分级呈负相关。而EGFR表达的呈上升趋势,其表达与卵巢癌FIGO分期及腹腔种植呈正相关。单因素分析显示Ezrin和E-cadherin阴性表达患者的累积生存率明显缩短,而EGFR阴性表达患者累积生存率高。多因素COX回归模型显示:Ezrin、E-cadherin的阴性及EGFR的阳性表达是卵巢癌患者生存独立危险因素。相关分析显示,Ezrin与E-cadherin的表达呈正相关,与EGFR呈负相关。结论 Ezrin与卵巢癌的浸润及转移密切相关,是卵巢癌不良预后因素,并协同调节E-cadherin和EGFR而影响卵巢癌细胞的粘附和转移性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Ezrin,E-cadherin and EGFR in epithelial ovarian neoplasms.Methods We examined expressions of Ezrin,E-cadherin and EGFR in 77 ovarian carcinomas,11 benign tumors and 9 borderline epithelial ovarian tumors and 7 normal ovarian tissue samples by S-P immunohistochemistry,respectively.Results Ezrin and E-cadherin had a declining expression in normal ovarian tissue,benign tumor,borderline epithelial ovarian tumors and ovarian carcinomas,but EGFR had a rising expression.The expression of Ezrin and E-cadherin revealed a negative correlation with clinical stages but a positive correlation with the EGFR in ovarian carcinomas.In univariate analysis,negative expression of Ezrin and E-cadherin was associated with shorter survival,but negative expression of EGFR was correlated with longer survival.Cox multivariate survival analysis showed that negative expression of Ezrin and E-cadherin and positive expression of EGFR had independent effect on survival.Conclusion Ezrin may be an independent adverse prognostic factor of ovarian cancer.Ezrin,E-cadherin and EGFR together influence epithelial ovarian neoplasm to invasion and metastasis.更多还原
