【摘要】 目的观察舒适护理对结肠癌术后化疗患者康复效果的影响。方法选择广州医学院第一附属医院因结肠癌行手术切除后化疗的患者32例,随机分为舒适护理组(18例)和对照组(14例)。结肠癌术后化疗期间,对照组给予常规护理,舒适护理组给予常规护理+舒适护理(包括心理指导、宣传教育和并发症干预),采用癌症康复评价系统-简表在化疗2个疗程结束后一周内对患者进行康复效果评估。结果两组的康复效果各条目评分及总分分别为:生理条目:舒适护理组(1.78±0.79)分,对照组(2.64±0.81)分;心理社会条目:舒适护理组(1.50±1.12)分,对照组(2.21±1.08)分;与医务人员的关系条目:舒适护理组(1.79±1.08)分,对照组(2.79±0.86)分;婚姻关系条目:舒适护理组(1.00±1.15)分,对照组(2.00±1.13)分;性关系条目:舒适护理组(1.72±1.10)分,对照组(2.79±0.86)分;总分:舒适护理组(1.56±1.10)分,对照组(2.49±1.01)分。两组各条目之间比较,舒适护理组得分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可明显改善结肠癌术后化疗的患者的康复效果,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of comfortable nursing in patients with colon cancer undergoing chemotherapy after surgery. Methods Thirty-two patients with colon cancer who received chemotherapy after surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College were randomly divided into two groups: the comfortable nursing group (received comfortable nursing, including psychological guidance, publicity and education and intervention of complications, n=18) and the control group (received standard chemotherapy nursing, n= 14). The rehabilitation effect was evaluated after two courses of chemotherapy by using Cancer Rehabilitation Evaluation System-Short Form, CARES-SF within one week. Results The scores for each items of rehabilitation effect in comfortable nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group: (1.78±0.79) and (2.64±0.81) for physical items in the two groups respectively; (1.50±1.12) and (2.21±1.08) for psychosocial items; (1.79±1.08) and (2.79±0.86) for relationship with medical personnel; (1.00±1.15) and (2.00±1.13) for marriage entry; (1.72±1.10) was and (2.79±0.86) for sex items; (1.56±1.10) and (2.49±1.01) for the total score. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can obviously improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with colon cancer undergoing chemotherapy after surgery, which is worth promoting.更多还原
