【摘要】 目的探讨超声刀在异位急性阑尾炎阑尾切除术中的应用。方法将160例行开腹阑尾切除术的异位阑尾炎患者分为超声刀组和非超声刀组各80例,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、手术切口长度、肠功能恢复时间、住院天数和术后并发症,并进行统计学分析。结果超声刀组患者手术时间短、术中出血量少、住院天数少、手术切口小,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),超声刀组并发症发生少。结论超声刀应用于异位急性阑尾炎患者阑尾切除手术可以改善手术效果,减少术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and discuss the application value of ultrasonic scalpel in appendectomy of ectopic acute appendicitis. Methods One hundred and sixty patients of ectopic appendicitis were randomly divided into the ultrasonic scalpel group and the control group, with 80 patients in each group. The two groups were compared with respect of the operation time, blood loss, length of operation incision, the restoration time of gastrointestinal function, length of hospital stay and postoperative complications. Statistical analysis was performed. Results The ultrasound scalpel group was found with shorter operation time, less blood loss, shorter incision, shorter restoration time of gastrointestinal function, and shorter length of hospital stay. Significant difference was found between two groups (P<0.05). Besides, less postoperative complications were found in the ultrasound scalpel group. Conclusion Application of ultrasonic scalpel in appendectomy of ectopic acute appendicitis can improve the operation effect and reduce the postoperative complications.更多还原
