【摘要】 目的探讨组织多普勒Tei指数评价妊娠晚期妊高征孕妇心室功能的价值,并比较妊高征孕妇左、右心室受损程度有无差异。方法应用超声心动图在组织多普勒成像模式下,于心尖四腔心切面记录30例孕龄28～40周的妊高征孕妇(研究组)及45例孕龄28～40周健康孕妇(对照组)二、三尖瓣环的运动频谱,测量组织多普勒时间间期,计算组织多普勒Tei指数,比较研究组与对照组的组织多普勒Tei指数有无差异,比较研究组左、右心室Tei指数有无差异。结果研究组左、右室Tei指数均较对照组显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组左、右心室Tei指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论组织多普勒Tei指数是评估妊娠晚期妊高征孕妇的心脏整体功能的敏感指标,妊高征孕妇左右心室功能损害程度无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of tissue Doppler Tei index in the assessment of the cardiac function in pregnant woman of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) syndrome in the third trimester. Methods Echocardiography was performed in 30 pregnant women of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (the PIH group) and 45 normal pregnant women (the control group) of the third trimester. In tissue Doppler mode, dynamic spectrum of mitral valve annulus and tricuspid valve annulus were recorded in apical four-chamber view, Tei index was obtained by measuring the ratio isovolumic time to the ejection time of the left and right ventricle. Comparisons of the tissue Doppler Tei index were made between the PIH group and the control group, and also between the left and right ventricles in PIH group. Results PIH group of left and right ventricular Tei index were significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant. No difference was found between the left and right ventricular Tei index in the PIH group. Conclusion Tissue Doppler Tei index is a reliable index for assessing overall cardiac function in pregnant women of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) syndrome in the third trimester, with no significant difference in ventricular dysfunction of the left ventricle and the right ventricle.更多还原
