【摘要】 目的探讨CD24、TK1在结直肠息肉中的表达情况及临床应用价值。方法选择炎性息肉、管状腺瘤、管状绒毛状腺瘤、绒毛状腺瘤各20例,同期入院正常结肠黏膜及结直肠癌各20例为对照组。观察CD24、TK1表达与息肉组织类型、息肉异型增生情况、息肉大小、息肉数量的关系。结果 CD24、TK1阳性表达与息肉病理类型相关(P<0.01)。正常黏膜与腺瘤组、腺瘤组与腺癌组CD24、TK1表达差异分别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD24、TK1阳性表达与异型增生程度有相关性(P<0.05)。CD24、TK1在单发息肉与多发息肉直径阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD24、TK1在结直肠息肉中存在较高的表达,结直肠腺瘤的不同病理类型,增生的程度不一,大小不同,数量不同,其表达的程度不一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of the CD24 , TK1 in colorectal polyps and its clinical value. Methods Patients with inflammatory polyps, tubular adenomas, tubulovillous adenoma, villous adenoma, normal colonic mucosa, colorectal cancer were enrolled in the study, each with 20 cases. The relationship of CD24 , TK1 expression with polyp organization type, polyp hyperplasia, polyp size, the number of polyps was observed. Results The positive expression of CD24 , TK1 was correlated with polyp pathological type (P<0.01). CD24 , TK1 expression showed statisti-cally significant difference between the normal mucosa and adenoma group, the adenoma group and colorectal cancer group (P<0.05). The positive expression of CD24 , TK1 was correlated with hyperplasia hyperplasia degree (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of CD24 , TK1 was significantly different in single polyp and multiple polyp diameter (P< 0.05). Conclusion CD24 , TK1 expression in colorectal polyps is high, and the expression level varies according to the different pathological type, different size, different quantity of colorectal adenomas.更多还原
