【摘要】 急性视网膜坏死综合征(Acute retinal necrosis syndrome,ARNS)是一种病毒感染(主要为水痘-带状疱疹病毒和单纯疱疹病毒感染,少数为EB病毒、巨细胞病毒)引起的严重临床综合征,其特征是重度全葡萄膜炎伴有视网膜动脉炎,周边大量渗出,视网膜坏死,玻璃体高度浑浊,后期出现裂孔及视网膜脱离,严重损害视功能。发病率低,但该疾病极易误诊漏诊,病程发展快,若治疗不及时,会引起严重的不可逆的视网膜组织损害。因此争取早期正确诊断与治疗的意义重大,现就对ARNS的治疗的报道做一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute retinal necrosis syndrome is a serious syndrome caused by virus infection (mainly are varicella zoster virus and Herpes simplex virus, few are Epstein-Barr virus and cytomegalovirus), characterized by severe panuveitis accompanied with retinal arteritis, much exudation in peripheral retina, necrotizing retinitis, highly vitreous opacity, post-retinal detachment, which damage the visual function badly. In spite of the low incidence, the disease is difficult to be diagnosed correctly and it develops very quickly. If the patients would not be cured timely, it is likely leading to blindness. So early correct diagnosis and treatment is of great significance, and this article reviews the treatment of ARNS.更多还原
